Green Tara In Lapis Stone

Green Tara is one of the twenty‑one principal emanations of Tara, revered as a female Buddha embodying swift compassion, fearlessness, and protection. 

Green Tara is traditionally seated on a lotus‑moon disc with her left leg folded in meditation and the right leg extended, symbolizing her readiness to leap into compassionate action when called upon by devotees

• Right hand rests on her knee in Varada mudra (gesture of giving), representing her willingness to bestow blessings and generosity

• Left hand in Abhaya mudra (protection gesture) holds a blue (Utpala) lotus, symbolizing purity and compassionate wisdom blooming even in adversity.
